| 摘 要： | 大学中介性组织的产生已有近百年的历史 ,对其产生的原因探讨也很多。本文在总结前人研究成果的基础上 ,从大学制度创新、大学在社会发展中作用的增大以及社会现代化三个维度对大学中介性组织的产生做出了新的解释
