| 摘 要： | 科学技术进步在本质上是一种革命力量。没有任何力量可以阻挡科学技术进步。在当代科学前沿和社会需要的结合点上 ,高科技通过创新不断发展 ,我们要关注和研究它所提出的伦理问题 ,关注科学技术进步可能对传统伦理带来冲击的方方面面 ,以避免或减少这种冲击造成的社会混乱

| Abstract: | In essence,the improvement of science and technology is a revolutionary power. There is not any power which can stop the improvement of science and technology.Where the frontier of contemporary science is combined with the demand of the society, high science and technology improves constantly through creation. We should pay attention to and give a research on the problem of scientific ethics and concentrate on all kinds of aspects,where the improvement of science and technology shock the traditional ethics, in order to avoid or decrease the chaos of the society that is brought about by this shock. |
