| 摘 要： | 李鸿章和维特分别是中俄两国现代化进程中的关键人物，两者的经济现代化思想在一定程度上顺应了历史发展趋势，超越了他们所代表的封建阶级，在客观上做了历史发展不自觉的工具，同时因他们囿子所出身的阶级的局限，其认识水平未能跳出封建主义的藩篱，他们的经济现代化尝试最终必然失败。

| Abstract: | Both LI Hong zhang and Serge Witte played important roles respectively in the process of modernization of China and Russia.To some extent,their thoughts on economic modernization conformed to the historical trend of their times,however,went beyond the feudal class they represented and unconsciously made themselves the agent for historical development.In the mean time,due to their class limits,their version did not go beyond feudalism and their attempt for economic modernization ended in failure. |
