中国地缘政治的特点及其变动规律（上）

中国位于亚洲东部、太平洋西岸,在亚洲地理板块中占据着主体地位,在全球地缘政治比较中,以＂亚洲重心＂和海陆兼备而拥有较大的优势。本文通过与欧美的地缘政治比较,认为欧洲的地缘政治特征是无中心的绝对＂破碎型板块＂,北美洲是以美国为中心的＂绝对主体板块＂,亚洲则是以中国为中心的＂相对主体板块＂。中国的地理大势是北部陆域广阔,东部大部分地带与大海衔接,这样的地形对中国政治产生着双重影响：它既保护了也弱化了中国的国家安全。当今的中国作为海陆复合型国家,其国防在实现台海统一后当注意海陆兼顾,如此方可长治久安。

Characteristic Geopolitics of China and Its Law of Changing(Part One)

China is located in the east part of Asia, on the west coast of the Pacific and occupies an essential position in the Asian geographic plates. In the global geopolitical comparison, China is known as ＂Asian centre of gravity＂ and ＂have both land and ocean＂, hence predominant. By comparing the geo -politics of Europe, North America and Asia, this paper holds that the characteristic geo -politics of Europe is absolute＂ centreless shattered plate＂. North America is ＂U. S. centred absolute essential plate＂. Asia is ＂China- centred relative essential plate＂. The general geographic trend in China is vast expanse of land in the north and vast piece of the east sea - belts kiss the sea. Such terrain exert double - aged impact on the China＇ s politics. It protects and at the same time weakens national security of China. Contemporary China as a＂ land - and - sea＂ double - edged county, its national defence should pay attention to land and sea at the same time after achieving cross -straits unity, so as to keep eternal peace.
