| 摘 要： | 创新是马克思主义哲学的灵魂."三个代表"重要思想作为时代精神的精华,围绕着"建设一个什么样的党,怎样建设党"这一时代主题,从社会主义政党与社会主义建设辩证关系,从执政党推进社会发展的能力建设问题,从有效提升执政党主体素质的哲学高度创新和发展了邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义的理论,深化了对三大规律的认识.

| Abstract: | Innovation is the soul of Marxist philosophy.As the cream of the spirit of the times,with the epoch theme of"what kind of Party to build,how to build the Party"as the focus,the important thought of "Three Represents"innovated and developed DENG Xiao-ping theory of building socialism with Chinese charateristics and deepened people's understanding on"Three Rules" in three respects: the dialectic relations between socialist party and socialist construction,the ruling party's ability to promote social development as well as improvement of the ruling party's quality. |
