信任理论视野下的警察形象建设研究

在从传统行政管理到现代公共治理的转变过程中,公众与警方之间信任关系的建立成为塑造良好警察形象的社会基础。转型期警察形象的建设首先需要解决的就是公众信任问题。基于社会学领域信任理论研究的广袤视野和深厚内涵,警察形象建设应有合适定位,并只有当合作型信任关系逐渐形成的时候,公众信任和警察形象建设才能达到良性互动和相互促进的"最佳状态"。
