时间银行——中国志愿服务模式优化的新路径

"时间银行"作为一种新兴的志愿服务激励机制受到社会各界的广泛关注。发展于美国的"时间银行"摆脱传统思想的束缚,倡导"时间回报",通过"时间货币"与志愿服务激励机制的结合,构建了志愿服务事业发展的新模式。但"时间银行"在中国的发展并不是一帆风顺,顶层设计不规范、专业管理人才缺失等问题日益突出,在借鉴美国成功经验的基础上,构建系统完善、符合中国特色的中国式"时间银行"迫在眉睫。
