摘    要:企业已进入无边界经营时代。本文以演化经济学理论和能力理论为基础,论述无边界经营的特征。企业通过无边界经营既保证了企业新奇和变异所需要的认知距离,又实现了共同理解企业目标和愿景所需要的认知亲和力。无边界企业是基于核心能力运作的,是一种创新型组织和有机组织。最后,通过广州原创动力企业跨边界经营和企业扩张的案例,说明无边界企业的运营过程和特点。

Abstract:Enterprise management has marched into the cross -boundary age today.This article analyses the borderless operation in enterprises, based on the evolutional economics theory and enterprise core ability theory. The borderless operations in enterprises can realize the balance between cognizable distance for novelty and the affinities for mutual understanding.The borderless operation can realize that balance in company.Enterprises without borders operate based on core competence, which is kind of innovative organization and organic body.At last, the company Original Power is cited as a example to illustrate the process and characteristics of cross -boundary operating enterprises.
