| 摘 要： | 中国历史上盛极一时的联省自治运动是中国潜在的地方主义思想与从国外传入的联邦主义思潮相结合的产物,它是国人冲破五千年封建思想的禁锢而对国家结构所作的善意设计,反映了人们对民主的追求和对民治的渴望。该运动将近代中国的民主宪政推向了新的高度。

| Abstract: | The movement of province-joining autonomy which once enjoyed its heyday in the history of China,is the combination of potential localism thoughts of China,and the thoughts of federalism from abroad.As a breakup with the bound of federal thoughts of 5,000 years,it is a well-meaning design of China's national framework,reflecting Chinese people's pursuit of democracy and aspirations for a nation governed by its people.This movement advanced China's later-day democratic constitutionalism to a new level. |
