There are evident differences between digital libraries and traditional libraries in three aspects,object,legal system and operability of intellectual property protection.The problems of intellectual property protection of digital libraries include the copyright of digital works,intellectual property of finished and unfinished digital works.We can use access control technique,data encryption technique,information confirming technique and intelligent agency technique to promote intellectual property protection of digital libraries.
