| 摘 要： | 在物权变动中,物权行为占有主要地位。物权行为是一种法律行为,同样包含法律行为之要素。本文从法律行为之效果意思入手阐述了物权行为中效果意思的体现及其对物权变动的影响。笔者认为物权合意其实就是物权行为中的效果意思。

| Abstract: | The juristic act of real right has an important status in the doctrine of the transfer of real right,which is a kind of juristic act so it also contains the elements that can make up an effective Juristic Act.This article formulates the embodying of the will demonstrated by effect in the juristic act of real right,which has an effect on the transfer of real right by analyzing the will demonstrated by effect in Juristic Act.In the ends it concludes that the consistency of real right equates with the will demonstrated by effect which is in the juristic act of real right. |
