环保产业已成为哈尔滨市新的经济增长点。但哈尔滨市目前的环保产业在社会化、专业化、集约化等方面还存在很多问题 ,为此 ,应制定优惠政策 ,培育规范的环保产业市场 ,加快建立环保产品标准体系 ,并采取多元化渠道进行城市环境基础设施的建设及改造 ,通过灵活多变的方式以低成本引进国内外先进环保技术 ,实现环保产业跨越式发展。

Studying on the Developing Strategy of Environmental Industries of Harbin

Environmental industries have become a new field of economic growth of Harbin. But there are many problems in the course of socialization, specialization and intensive operation, etc. To these situations, this paper proposes several measures: stipulating favorable policies to foster a standard market of environmental industries; propelling the construction of a standard system of environmentally friendly products; building and modifying the infrastructure of urban environment through various channels; using diverse methods to introduce the domestic and foreign sophisticated products for environmental protection at low cost. All these measures will contribute to making great strides in environmental industry.
