新疆内在性人口安全因素分析

该文以人口安全发展为视角,从人口增长、人口地域分布、人口民族构成以及人口素质等方面深入分析了新疆内在性人口安全问题,分析结果表明:新疆人口发展存在高增长率与高增长量并存、人口地域分布不均衡、就业人口高度集中在第一产业以及人口文化素质偏低等问题,未来可能面临着人口规模的持续扩大对资源环境的压力增大,部分地区人口的快速增长与经济发展水平滞后的矛盾加剧,人口素质偏低会削弱社会经济对人口发展的持续保障能力等人口安全隐患。

An Analysis of the Endogenetic Population Security Factors in Xinjiang

The article analyzes the endogenetic population security problems in Xinjiang from the aspects of population growth, populatin＇s regional distribution, national constitution, population quality and so on. The results show that in the development of Xinjiang＇s population there are coexistence of high growth rates and high growth volume, uneven geographical distribution of population, high concentration of employment in teh primary industry, and low cultural quality of the population. In the future there are hidden problem in population security, such as pressure on the resource environment by the continual increse in population, the aggravation of the contradiction between rapid population growth and slow economic development, low population quality undermining the guaranteeing capability of socio-economic development.
