真理与约定

真理具有多样性 ,它是由事物性质及人的认识的多样性所导致的 ,这种多样性决定了真理的多样性。真理具有个体性 ,最初都是个人发现的 ,最终被社会承认以后才被确认为真理 ,这就是说 ,真理是个人发现的社会存在形式。真理的个体性还意味着真理必须以个人的自觉接受为前提 ,真理不应强加于人 ,真理也无须强加于人。真理是社会约定的结果 ,由个人的“意见”转变成真理的过程就是真理约定的过程。真理具有全体性 ,即任何真理都包含着未知的因素 ,因而任何真理都不是绝对真理。实践检验只在最终证明的意义上是惟一的 ,但在现实生活中 ,实践检验存在着局限性 ,那些被检验为错误的东西往往已经无可挽回了

Truth and Agreement

Truth is of diversity which derives from the diversity of the thing's nature and people's knowledge which in turn determines the truth's diversity. Truth is of individuality. Initially,truth is discovered by an individual person;finally,it is recognized by society. That is to say,truth is a form of social being found by an individual. The individuality also means the individual conscious acceptance is the prerequisite of truth which should not and need not imposes itself on people. Truth is the result of social agreement. The process in which an individual opinion turns into truth is the process in which truth is agreed. Truth is of entireness,i.e. any truth contains unknown elements. Therefore,any truth is not the absolute truth. A practical test is unique only in the sense of ultimate demonstration. In actual life,however,limitations lie in the practical tests. The practices which are being tested are already irrevocable in most cases.
