一流大学的建设经验与启示——以新加坡南洋理工大学为例

通过实地调研和文献研究，发现新加坡南洋理工大学快速崛起，成为亚洲乃至世界一流大学的原因是多方面的：雄厚的财力支持、现代大学制度的建立、国际化战略、具有国际竞争力的薪酬标准、具有较强竞争性的教师聘任制度以及以学生为本的办学理念。这些成功经验，对于我国深化教育领域综合改革、建设现代大学制度乃至建设世界一流大学均具有一定的启发和借鉴意义。

Experience and Enlightenment of Constructing the First-class Universities---Taking Nanyang Technological University as an Example

By field investigation and literature review, this article has found out reasons for the rapid rise of Nanyang Technological University and how it has developed into the Asia and the world first-class university, which includes strong financial support, the establishment of the modern university system, internationalization strategy, internationally competitive compensation system, a strong competitive teacher employment system and most importantly, a school-running idea taking students as priority. Those successful experiences has certain enlightenment and reference for comprehensive reform in our advanced education, construction of modern university system and building the first-class university.
