| 摘 要： | 我国科技企业孵化器的未来发展呈现出“政府的角色从主导转向引导”“网络化成为重要的发展方向”“投资主体趋于多元化”以及“发展的专业化和国际化”等趋势。依据这些趋势特征,可以具体给出当前及未来我国科技企业孵化器绩效评价的宏观政策分析与建议,以及基于3C系统的绩效评价实施建议。

| Abstract: | Some tendencies have presented in TBI's development in China. The government is changing from a leading role to a guiding one; TBI's are being connected in networks; the investment body is being diversified; and TBI's are specifically and internationally developing. Being aware of these trends,the author puts forward advice for formulating macroscopical policies on the appraisal of TBI's performance at present and in the future. Some suggestions of performance evaluation based on 3C system are also given in this paper. |
