农村计划生育家庭奖励扶助制度研究现状

通过对2004年以来我国有关农村部分计划生育家庭奖励扶助制度的研究文献进行分析，根据研究内容的相对一致性，将近年来的主要研究内容划分为关于奖励扶助制度产生的背景分析，制度本身的研究和奖励扶助制度试点工作的研究三类。最后，对该制度的研究现状进行了简要评述和展望。

A Review on Status Quo of Rewards Policy towards Rural People Who Stick to the National Family Planning Policy

This paper summarizes the rewards policy to rural people who stick to the national family planning policy study in China from 2004. According to the relative uniformity of investigation contents, the author divides the research of this policy into three phases, which are analysis of background, research on the policy itself and the evaluation. In the end, this paper provides a brief retrospect and prospect of the rewards policy.
