| 摘 要： | 新型农村合作医疗制度自实施以来取得了一些成效，但是，由于我国农村合作医疗的法律制度不健全，立法级次太低，约束力不够等原因，给新型农村合作医疗工作带来了一系列的问题。通过对新型农村合作医疗制度折射出的法律问题的分析，提出完善新型农村合作医疗制度的法律对策。
