高校教学团队制度建设研究

摘    要:制度建设是教学团队建设的重要内容,是教学团队良性运行的保证。当前教学团队制度建设存在生搬硬套、改革缺乏创新、执行生硬教条等问题,阻碍了教学团队活力的激发。教学团队制度建设应从提高教学质量出发,注重师资培养,构建和谐团队文化,充分发挥教学团队的合力。

Abstract:Institutional construction is one of the most important content of teaching team construction and the system guarantee for ensuring the team' s development on a sound track. However, some problems have delayed the development of teaching team, such as mechanic institutional improvement, lifeless reform, and rigid operation. Institutional construction of teaching team should base on improving teaching quality, teacher training, and harmonious culture construction so as to tap its potential.
