“90后”大学生与教育教学改革

摘    要:由于受家庭教育环境、物质生活环境等的影响,"90后"大学生在生理、心理、思想、行为能力等方面呈现出不同于以往的大学生的特点。大学教育必须基于这些特点探索教育教学改革,教师要始终怀揣"热爱教育、热爱学生"之心,大学应建立合理的管理制度与合理的监督、激励机制,为学生搭建多样化的学习发展平台,促进"90后"大学生全面发展。

Abstract:Due to the impact of family education, material living environment, the college students born in the 90s have shown many characteristics in the many aspects such as physical condition, mentality, thinking, behavior and ability etc. different from the former college students. University education must be based on these characteristics to explore educational reform. College teachers should always nourish the affection " love the education, love the students". We should establish the reasonable and rational supervision and incentive system, and provide a variety of learning and developing platform in favor of the development of our students.
