农村社会工作及其主体角色定位

农村社会工作包括传统的扶贫,专业社会组织开展的较主流的服务,绿耕、青红培力等团队组织所做的探索等几种主要的范式,其角色对农民而言分别为"教育者"和"领路人","服务提供者"或"福利照顾者","协作者"和"陪伴同行者"。农村社会工作机构的基本功能定位是作为农村社会服务事业的组织和执行者,核心是承担与农村社会福利、社会救助相关的组织执行与服务任务,促进农民社会发展。目前农村社会工作者的主体角色定位是"照顾者"角色与"陪伴同行者"角色。其中,"陪伴同行者"角色的基本路径即"三步走":为农民服务,和农民一起服务,支持农民们自我服务。在具体的农村社会工作实践中,农村社会工作者需依据不同理论与现实依据进行角色选择:社会照顾者或社会服务者;冲突调解者与社会调谐者;(另类)发展的促进者;农村居民自治(农村公民社会)的践行者与推动者。

Rural social work and its subject role orientation

Rural social work includes traditional poverty-relief, mainstream service carried out by special social organizations and other service executed by teams such as Lugen and Qionghongpeili. For farmers, these social workers play the role as educators, guides, service suppliers or welfare favourer, team workers or accompaniers. The basic function of rural social work is to organize and execute rural social service, which mainly implement the task relating to rural social welfare and social helping as well as supplying service. At present, the role of rural social workers are favourer and accompanier, among which accompanier means serving farmers, serving together with farmers and supporting farmers to serve themselves. In practice, rural social workers select their role according to real situation： to be social favourers or social servers, to be conflict interceders or harmonizers, to be development promoters, or to be performers or promoters of the self-governance of rural communities （rural civil society）.
