| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析等方法,对排球竞赛中的时空特征进行分析,研究结果显示:从运动技能学习看,通过了解各个动作形成的时空因素来指导排球运动技术的学习,能起到事半功倍的效果;从战术的运用上看,时空的占有决定了运用战术的主动权。因此,在训练中培养运动员的时空感非常重要,教练员和运动员应更加重视时空知觉的培养。

| Abstract: | Using the method of documentary and logical analysis to analyze the space-time characteristics of volley- ball competition, the results showed as following. Looking from the sport skill learning, understanding the space- time factors of each form to guide the study of volleyball techniques, which can play the twice the result with half the effort. Looking from the tactics application, the possession of space and time determine the initiative of using tactics. So, it is very important to cultivate athletes＇ sense of space and time in training. Through this research, making the coaches and athletes pay more attention to the cultivation of perception of space and time. |
