农民专业合作社内部信任结构特征及其优化

农民专业合作社内部信任结构呈现出以"信任链"与"信任圈"相结合的结构状态,具体表现为以人际信任为主的差序格局特征、"横向"场域结构特征和传递弹性与结构不稳定性特征。社员复杂的信任需求、所处的社会关系以及不同程度的信任确认诱导了农民专业合作社内部信任结构的形成、实施以及稳定性。优化农民专业合作社内部信任结构,必须大力加强合作社内部制度信任与人际信任建设、谨慎推进合作社横向与纵向发展、强化合作社内部信任核心。

Characteristics of internal trust structure of farmer professional cooperatives and its optimization

The internal rust structure of the farmers＇ cooperatives shows a combination of ＂chain of trust＂ and ＂circle of trust＂, which presents four features： interpersonal trust as the leading ring-shaped, ＂horizontal＂ mechanism of structural features, flexibility of trust transferring and structural instablility. The author thinks that the complexity trust need of members, social relations of members and trust confirm with varying degrees of members cause the formation, the implementation and the stability of the internal trust structure of farmers＇ professional cooperative. Hence, some measures are proposed to improve the internal trust structure of farmers＇ professional cooperative： to strengthen internal trust constitute in cooperatives, to expand the scope of cooperation and strengthen internal trust core of cooperatives.
