| 摘 要： | 目前,三本院校招生规模逐年增加,而学校体育资源增加速度相对滞后,这给三本高校公共体育教学带来很多不便。因此,必须建立有利于三本高校体育教师发展的人事制度,建立科学合理的体育器材配备制度,建立大学生体育保险保障体系,加大发展高校体育教学的力度。

| Abstract: | At present, the enrollment of the third-rate colleges and universities increases year by year, while the physical resources increase speed is relative lag, which caused a lot of inconvenience for the public sports teaching. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the personnel system conducive to the development of the physical education teachers, set up the scientific and reasonable sports equipment system, and build the insurance system of university physical sports to develop sports teaching in the third-rate colleges and universities. |
