| 摘 要： | 梁启超赋予国家一种内在的“精神”，从而似乎让国家“活”了起来。国家“精神”有三种外在表现形式，分别为法律、主权与文化，它们是梁启超有机体国家观的自然结果，并在梁启超的政治思想中占有极为重要的地位。通过赋予国家以一种必不可缺的“精神”，梁启超的目的是解决二个重大问题：对内统一、对外独立。站在具体历史的角度，我们不能不承认梁启超的国家“精神”具有不可估量的价值。

| Abstract: | Liang Qichao endows the nation with some intrinsic spirit,which seems to make it alive.The so-called national spirit has three outward manifestation,which are law,sovereignty and culture.They are of great importance within Liang Qichao’whole political theory,and are also the natural results the of view of the nation as an organism.Liang Qichao aims to solve two problems:unification and independence,which,from a historical perspective,is of great value. |
