高校扩招背景下大学生的心理健康问题

高校扩招以后,大学生心理健康问题日益突出。扩招对大学生心理健康的影响主要表现为:扩招后大学生个体素质差异加大、就业压力加大、学习压力加大和校区分割带来的心理压力加重。高校应建立和完善心理健康教育体系、加强大学生就业心理、专业学习和人际交往心理辅导,树立从治疗向预防转变的心理健康教育理念等对策。

Impacts of Increasing Enrollment of High Education on College Student Psychological Health and its Countermeasures

The problems of college student psychological health have been more serious with the increasing enrollment of high education since 1999. The present condition of psychological health problems and its causes to the college student have been analyzed. The impacts of high education increasing enrollment on college student's psychological health mainly include the enlarged difference of personal quality, the higher pressures of employment and study, as well as the establishment of new campus with few care for the college student. The countermeasures for the college student psychological health, such as to establish and improve the psychological health education system, to enhance the direction of employment psychology, study psychology and rational personal communication, to strengthen media education and to change the conception of psychological health education from therapy to prevention, have also been discussed.
