| 摘 要： | 我国高等学校院(系)一级管理工作的研究没有受到应有的重视,这造成了院(系)管理工作的机制和功能性缺陷。解决这一问题,首先必须找准有效机制缺失的原因,从管理学、法理学、经济学等不同的角度去深入剖析,然后从思维创新、班子建设等方面去找到解决问题的方法。
