| 摘 要： | 技术和市场共同推动了信息产业的跨越式发展。电信服务的内容在不断地演进,从网络服务到销售服务、信息服务,再到互动综合服务,最后到融合服务。试建立一个电信互动综合服务的模型,拟实现电信服务和消费者服务需求之间的互动平衡。

| Abstract: | Technology and market together impel the telecommunication industry to implement leap-forward devel- opment.The content of the telecommunication service evolves continuously changing from network service,sales service,and information service to the interactive and comprehensive service,and to convergence service at last. This paper proposes the model of the telecommunication interactive and comprehensive service,implementing the interactive equilibrium between the telecommunication service and the service demand of consumers. |
