| 摘 要： | 研究生党建工作是研究生德育工作的重要环节,对推动研究生育人工作全面发展具有重要作用。但由于面临研究生价值取向多元化、培养规模扩大、培养模式变化等现实情况,研究生党建工作难度日益加大。文章对相关问题进行了调查及分析,指出了当前研究生党建工作存在的主要问题,并提出了四点加强和改进研究生党建工作的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The Party building among graduate students is a significant part of moral education of graduate student,which plays an important role in promoting the all-round development of graduate student education.The Party building among graduate students meets more difficulties because of the diversity of students’ value,orientation,increasing student number and the change of educational model.The main problems in current Party building among graduate students are pointed out and four countermeasures of improving the Party building among graduate students are provided. |
