| 摘 要： | 民办高校学生心理健康问题日益成为社会关注的焦点.心理健康工作者在呼吁学校、家庭和社会密切配合关注大学生心理问题的同时,每每忽视了学生的自我心理疏导能力的养成.民办高校学生自我心理疏导能力的养成具有很强的可行性,文章从多个方面提出了民办高校学生自我心理疏导能力养成的对策.

| Abstract: | The mental health of private college students is increasingly becoming the focus of attention.The mental health workers call on schools,families and the community in close coordination on developing the students’ mental health,but they often ignore the cultivation of the students’ ability of self psychological counseling.This paper proves the feasibility of developing the ability of self psychological counseling of private college students and puts forward the corresponding measures from different aspects. |
