| 摘 要： | 申遗越来越火热,世界遗产及其保护主体的问题也得到越来越多的关注,这一问题的厘清,关系到遗产保护工作中的权责、动员和参与性等问题。通过对1972年《保护世界文化与自然遗产公约》背后的理念根源进行梳理,从比较宏观、中观的层面来分析世界遗产地及其保护的主体。

| Abstract: | Applying for the world heritage is becoming more and more popular.The world heritage and its protection subject are increasingly concerned by the world,which determine the rights and responsibilities,mobilization and participation in the protection.This present paper analyzes the basic ideas in Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage,the locations and subjects of the world heritage. |
