| 摘 要： | 海洋安全在韩国国家安全中占有重要地位。20世纪90年代以后,韩国对其"近海防御"为主的海洋安全战略进行了调整,海军军备发展更加注重"远洋作战"需求,并在"自主海防"建设上取得显著成就,迅速成长为地区性海军强国,但也表现出统筹规划不足、结构不均衡、对外依赖过多等缺陷。韩国不断扩充海军军备并持续强化美韩军事同盟,对地区安全局势产生了消极影响,也使中韩海洋权益争端面临着潜在风险。

| Abstract: | Maritime security plays an important role in ROK's national security.ROK has changed the strategy of coastal defense,and the development of the naval armament has directed more attention to the needs of blue-water navy since the 1990s.ROK's independent maritime defense has made significant achievements,and ROK has grown into a regional naval power.However,there are also some defects in the development,such as lack of overall planning,imbalance of structure,excessive dependence on foreign countries and so on... |
