| 摘 要： | 新建地方本科院校在学科结构、科研人员素质、科研基础条件、科研规划、优秀科研传统传承等方面存在着许多不足,为此,要保证科研水平的提高,新建地方本科院校在科研定位上,要扬长避短,培育特色。应从强调地域特点、突出应用研究、依托优势学科及坚持服务教学几方面确定自己的科研工作定位。

| Abstract: | Newly-built regional universities have shortange in their subject structure,scientific researchesquality,scientific research conditions,scientific research plan and transmission and ingeritance of their excellentscientific tradition.In order to improve their scientific research,newly-built regional universities should take their advantages and foster characteristics of their own.Emphasis should be placed on strengthening features of local areas,giving priority to applied research,being dependent on advantageous subjects and adhering to serve teaching. |
