| Abstract: | The theory of group management is a view of management advocated in the western countries.The view emphasizes on building good relationship among rembers of inner organization,which may play an important part in fulfiling its goal.The paper deals with main contents of group management from its source and its development,and the key efficiency in modern social organizations and also designs countermeasure to establish group with high efficiency. |
