| 摘 要： | 如何建立科学、全面的预警指标体系一直是微观企业预警系统研究的难点。尝试使用系统动力学的方法,对房地产企业的内部结构和运营机制进行了系统的分析,通过对影响企业安全经营的各要素的因果关系分析,找出企业预警因素,建立了房地产企业预警指标体系。

| Abstract: | It's always a difficulty for early-warning system of enterprises to set up a scientific comprehensive index.By adopting the method of system dynamics,the paper attempts to find out an effective solution.Through the systematic analysis of structure and mechanism of real estate enterprises, the paper discusses the causal relationship of all elements that influence the security of enterprises and sets up an index systme of early-warning system for real estate enterprises. |
