| 摘 要： | 高等学校机关干部的基本素质问题关系到高校管理和服务水平的提高,关系到高校的发展和办学层次的提升。解决政治素质、思想素质、道德素质、知识素质问题,为的是培养造就一大批具有高素质的高校机关干部。目前,高校机关干部存在一些素质薄弱的实际问题,应引发高校管理干部的思考。

| Abstract: | The basic quality training of government functionaries in higher institutions is not only associated with the improvement of its management and service level, but also with the promotion of school's level and development of the school. It is essential to solve the problems of political quality, thought quality, ethical quality and knowledge quality in order to train a large number of high-quality government functionaries in colleges and universities. At present, there exist some practical cases in government functionaries in colleges and universities. This essay lists ten problems for the management cadres to consider. |
