基于DEA方法的浙江省主要城市经济发展有效性研究

本文利用DEA方法对浙江省主要城市经济发展有效性进行了实证研究,研究发现浙江省11个主要城市经济发展有效性存在着明显的差异。杭州市、宁波市、温州市、丽水市、舟山市等5个城市经济发展为DEA有效;绍兴市、嘉兴市、台州市、金华市、湖州市、衢州市等6个城市经济发展为非DEA有效。绍兴市、嘉兴市、台州市、金华市、湖州市、衢州市等6个城市为非技术有效;绍兴市、嘉兴市、金华市、湖州市等四个城市要素投入为规模收益递增,台州市、衢州市要素投入为规模收益递减。

Study of the Efficiency of Economic Development of the Principal Cities in Zhejiang Province Based on DEA Method

The paper employs the DEA method to make a positive study of the efficiency of the economic development of the principal cities in Zhejiang province.The study siows that there are obvious differences in the efficiency of economic development of the 11 principal cities in Zhejiang province.The economic development of the 5 cities of Hangzhou,Ningbo,Wenzhou,Lishui and Zhoushan is DEA efficient while that of the 6 cities of Shaoxing,Jiaxing,Taizhou,Jinhua,Huzhou and Quzhou non-DEA efficient.The 6 cities of Shaoxing,Jiaxing,Taizhou,Jinhua,Huzhou and Quzhou are non-technically efficient.The scale merit of the four cities of Shaoxing,Jiaxing,Jinhua and Huzhou in their element input is progressively increased while that of Taizhou and Quzhou successively decreased.
