| 摘 要： | 犯罪,一般被看成是人类社会发展过程中的一种“病态的”现象。本文探讨了清末民初铁路犯罪的主要形态,分析了各种铁路犯罪产生的社会原因。本文认为作为20世纪初引入中国的一种新技术手段,铁路带给中国社会的影响是巨大的,即使是犯罪也具备了不同以往的新形态。研究这些犯罪新形态及成因,有助于我们全面揭示当时社会的真实状况。

| Abstract: | Crime is generally considered a kind of morbid phenomenon in the process of human development.The thesis probes into major formation of railway crime during the Late Qing Dynasty and Early Republic of China,making penetrating analysis of all kinds of criminal social reasons.As a new technical means introduced into China early in the twentieth century,railways made great influence to Chinese society.Even crime,it had newer formation than before.Studing these criminal formation and reason may help us completely reveal social reality at that time. |
