| 摘 要： | 本文主要揭示城乡结合部地籍管理的问题,分析并提出解决问题的对策.文中采用了定性分析方法和对比分析方法,得出:城乡结合部是地籍基础设施建设的薄弱地带,并且城乡结合部的地籍管理严重分割,呈现明显的二元结构状态,应采取经济、技术、法律和行政等综合措施来解决,以促进城乡统一的现代地籍的建设.

| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to find out the problems of cadastre management in combination zone between urban and rural,and give some suggestions to these problems;With the assistant of qualitative analysis method and comparison analysis method,the results indicate that cadastre in combination zone between urban and rural is very weak and has been divided into two parts seriously,so we should use integrated measures,such as economic,juristic,administrative and technical measure,etc,to solve them. |
