| 摘 要： | 汉代是伦理与制度整合的关键历史时期,其所确立的封建政治制度和文化格局对两千年来中国社会的发展有巨大影响。因此以年代为序,对汉代伦理与制度关系的研究情况作出梳理,在充分肯定前人成就的同时,对这一领域研究的薄弱环节作必要的分析是有一定历史和现实意义的。
