| Abstract: | This article discussed the specific functions of the Institutions of higher learning department reference room, and demonstrated the counter measure of improving the reference room's efficacy from five sides that strengthening unified management, improving technology means, adjusting collected structure, making technology means, adjusting collected structure, making service pattern better, improving its service and reference personnel's quality. |
