Theoretical Analysis about the Phenomenon of Graduate Unemployment in China

With the fast enlargement of higher education scale, the problem of graduate employment has become more and more severe and leads to the focus of educators and economists. Thus they have discussed the causes of graduate unemployment from different fields. This paper analyzes the phenomenon of graduate unemployment theoretically from the point of the theory of the segmented labor market, the theory of job search, the theory of reserved wages and the theory of job competition.
