| 摘 要： | 随着我国工业化、城市化、市场化、国际化步伐加快,当代农民面临就业压力和失业风险越来越大。主要表现为农村隐性失业日趋显性化,公开失业数量大增。对此,中央政府应未雨绸缪,及早规划、出台相应措施。

| Abstract: | With the country's quickening tempo of industrialization, urbanization, marketification and internationalization, the employment pressure and the hazard of unemployment that confront the peasants are becoming exceedingly great. These are mainly expressed by the facts that the covert unemployment in the countryside is getting increasingly overt, and that the amount of open unemployment rises greatly. In dealing with the situation, the central government should take precautions beforehand, mapping out plans in time and publishing corresponding measures. |
