| 摘 要： | 企业制度的创新与资本市场的发展相互促进、相互影响,并形成了两种制度不断完善的良性循环。高新技术企业的出现与发展,需要与之相适应的高新技术风险资本市场的发展。进一步健全和完善创业板市场和风险投资市场是高新技术企业发展向资本市场提出的要求。中国创业资本要实现健康、有序的发展,只有进行从融资制度到融资模式再到企业组织的一系列制度创新,创业资本才能加速科技成果向生产力的转化,推动高科技企业从小到大、从弱到强的长足发展,进而带动整个经济的蓬勃与兴旺。

| Abstract: | Enterprise system innovation and the development of capital markets promote and influence each other,forming a virtuous circle of the constant improvement of the two systems.The appearance and development of high-tech enterprises needs corresponding development of high-tech venture capital market development.The further improvement of the GEM market and venture capital market can meet the needs of the development of high-tech enterprises.Therefore,in order to achieve a healthy and orderly development the Chinese venture capital must innovate a series of systems ranging from the financing system,financing mode to enterprise organization in order to accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into productive forces and promote the rapid development of hi-tech enterprises from small to large and vitalize the economy as a whole. |
