The thesis explores Mao Ze-dong's theory on constructing the ruling party in the early period after the founding of New China.In particular,the thesis emphasizes his main ideas on constructing the ruling party and summarizes some measures of the PCC to strengthen the construction of the ruling party in that period.It is pointed out that Mao Ze-dong's theory in this field further develops Marxist theory on parties.Finally,the thesis discusses the achievements in the areas of economic construction,political security,institution and organization construction in the early period of the founding of New China under the leadership of Mao Ze-dong's theory on constructing the ruling party.
