| 摘 要： | 损伤的发生不仅影响到学生的正常学习生活,也会加重学生对网球学习的心理负担,不利于教学工作的顺利开展。本文对从事网球选项课的学生运动损伤的部位、类型进行了调查,分析产生损伤的原因,同时提出了处理、预防网球运动损伤的措施和建议。

| Abstract: | The occurrence of injury not only affects the student's normal study live,but exerts mental pressure on their tennis learning,which in turn affects the teaching of tennis.This paper carries on survey of the students selecting tennis courseand type of the athletic injury,and analyzes the reason of the injury and puts forward the suggestion on the measures of processing and preventing athletic injury of tennis sport. |
