| 摘 要： | 民本思想是中国传统政治哲学的重要内容。中国古代的民本政治哲学从先秦开始发端，经过先秦、两汉、唐宋、明清等各阶段的发展，最终成为以“新民本”思想为代表的政治哲学，是有其逻辑必然性的。

| Abstract: | The thought of taking people as foundation is a critical part in Chinese traditional political philosophy,which started early in pre-Qin period,and got further developed through the successive periods including two Han Dynasties,Tang and Song,Ming and Qing Dynasties,and finally into a kind of political philosophy marked by the distinctive new thought of taking people as foundation,which is inevitably the logic result of the Chinese traditional political philosophy itself. |
