我国未成年人财产管理制度探究

法律对于未成年人的关注，大体有二：一在于对于未成年人的人身保护，二在于对于未成年人的财产保护。我国现行立法之下，对于未成年人的人身保护更为重视，而对于未成年人的财产保护则有所不足。而对域外立法进行比较得出，对于未成年人的保护，人身保护与财产保护，两者不可偏废一隅，皆是未成年人保护的重要内容，因此，很有必要从未成年人财产保护的思路入手，借鉴域外立法的经验，结合中国现行的法律制度，对完善我国未成年人财产管理制度提出系统的建议。

Exploration of the Minor Property Management System in China

In legally paying attention to minors, there are two aspects of note:one regards the personal protection of minors, the other regards property protection. Under current legislation, personal protection is high while by contrast property protection remains insufficient. However, both are important in the protection of minors. This thesis starts with the property protection of minors and refers to the idea of using the experience of extraterritorial legislation, combined with China's current legal system. The goal is to perfect our country’s minor property management system and put forward suggestions.
