性别差异视角下证券投资行为分析--来自第三届新浪财经投资顾问大赛的证据

社会普遍认为女性不适合参与金融投资，女性专业投资人的投资能力亦不如男性。本文利用新浪财经第三届投资顾问大赛的数据对证券投资行为的性别差异进行实证分析。研究发现，男女选手总收益是没有显著差异的，而短线交易频次和较长时期（三个月）的活跃度都有显著的性别差异，说明男女投资顾问的投资能力相当，没有孰优孰劣，而二者的投资风格是有差异的，具有互补性。证券公司应放弃偏见和传统观念，充分肯定并重视女性投资顾问的价值，提供更好的职业平台和发展机会，以便发挥其作用，同时女性投资顾问也应树立自信心。

Analysis of Investment Behavior of Investment Counselors from the Perspective of Gender Differences---Based on the Third Investment Competition of Sina Finance

It is generally believed that women are not suitable for financial investment and that female investors are inferior. Using data from the Sina Investment Counselor competition, this paper studies the investment behavior of counselors from the perspective of gender differences. It found that there was no significant difference in gross income from investment between male and female players, though the short-and long-term frequency of stock exchange did show significant irregularities, with men found to be more active. To allow female investment counsellors to play a greater role, security companies ought to abandon their prejudice and traditional notions, attach greater importance to female employees and ensure better professional platforms and opportunities. At the same time, female investment counselors themselves need to gain more confidence.
