| 摘 要： | 2007年,主权财富基金在全球金融市场上频频出手,引起了国际社会的广泛关注。目前世界上的一些主权财富基金运作都相当成功,新的主权财富基金,2007年9月29日新成立的中国主权财富基金机构———中国投资有限责任公司,对他们的投资程序、风险控制、绩效评估以及监管机制等经营经验进行研究和分析,无疑将有益于中投公司未来的发展。

| Abstract: | In 2007,Sovereign Wealth Funds' investments attract a lot of attention from international society.From the investment records,we can see that the operation of some SWFs are quite successful.As a new SWF,China Investment Corporation,should study their running experiences,such as investment procedure,risk control,effect evaluation and supervision mechanism and learn something from them. |
